Marion Woodman, a student of Carl Jung, speaks on the necessity of honoring our own and others' rage. Personal anger is the archetypal feeling of rage, which erupts when we cannot be who we are. Then we have the feeling that we need to pretend to be something else and keep performing in order to be accepted - that's enraging to your soul! The moment we feel unseen that anger is triggered and it has nothing to do with anything going on around you, but everything with what is going on inside you.
